Looking for some good books on learning social skills as well as dealing with relationships of all kinds. I seem to be coming to terms with...ehhh... I need to know how to pretend to be normal sometimes! Among, err, many other things.

Anything related to the aforementioned topics is fine also. I have searched google and amazon, but there doesn't seem to be anything good that was written specifically for asd folk. It doesn't have to be written for us, but I wanted to know if there were any books that were already vetted by people in this community here.

Bonus points if it comes in audiobook format as well as digital.

Okay, the learning material doesn't have to be a book. Heck, YouTube videos would be fine. It's just so hard to sift through the junk nowadays to find the information that is the most relevant and informative.

Thanks in advanced!

I don't know any good books but I found the information on the website to be very helpful. It's about what causes stress and emotions in autistic people and how to overcome them which makes it much easier to understand yourself and other people better. I was a highly sensitive person who struggled with anxiety my entire life and couldn't handle stress very well. The information on that site helped me get rid of my anxiety, greatly reduce my stress, and I'm no longer sensitive. I'm now able to be myself and don't get upset or feel worse no matter what happens to me which has made it much easier to understand people better.
