| @Nades: People didn't plan on being so poor for their efforts. Housing costs have risen about 6x in 15-16 years. Tradesmen with "good," incomes have trouble making rent, buying groceries, or keeping heat on. Doctors/lawyers/engineers can't afford to buy homes anywhere near where they live... |
