I've barely left the house in two weeks. Today I made it as far as the tiny local nature reserve, where I saw a small group of dunnocks sneak across the path at roughly ankle altitude. Not a flashy bird, but rather endearing.

I'm playing my baritone ukulele a lot these days, as I am much in need of the mellow. Good instrument for strumming while almost horizontal in a chair. I use it for only about 12 of my songs, so I'm going to know them all really, really well soon.
