| Yes. I've struggled with BFRB and self-harm since I was 14. It got out of control because of my adult trauma, which ended in 2009. I was prescribed Risperidone to control my compulsive behaviours. I've also spent the better part of 14 years in trauma therapy. I'm having a very rough year so far, so ... |

I have Complex-PTSD and Acute-PTSD from emotional, physical, psychological, and sexual assault.
Trauma isn't a personality disorder but it's still very hard to cope. |

The regular looking table lamps are all really old.
Nothing special - just stuff I got at thrift shops over the years.
Don't spend a fortune.
Second hand is likely better if it has a good cord.
New lampshades are always that ghastly harsh white colour!  |
