one day a week is devoted to cleaning. Everything can be done in about 1 to 3 hours (keeping the laundry running the whole time, it would take longer if your place to do laundry is not at home) when both my husband and I worked, we saved our dishes all week rinsed and stacked, did them all Saturday ... |

I don't flap. I don't spin, I don't walk on tip toes. I suspect I did as a kid but it was trained out of me early on. PS I don't rock, so much as I sway on my feet while waiting in line etc, they didn't quite train that one out of me. |

it is a lot to sort! And it seems as if you are having a lot of anxiety. I felt incomplete and incompetent all my life because everybody expected things of me that my autism did not allow me to perform. Once I learned of my autism, I was able to begin to sort my strengths and weaknesses and figure o... |

smiling can be part of "appeasement" behavior and meant to show friendly intent (please don't get mad at me or hurt me) some of us learned appeasement behavior very early in life for our own safety. It is difficult to change, but it can be done with practice, over time. |

I read something posted in somebody's home recently that suddenly explained a lot to me. I have been accused of being a know it all, too. By sharing information without asking if the person is seeking info first, it is not seen as helpful but as being critical of that person. the post I read said &q... |
