one day a week is devoted to cleaning. I don't flap. I don't spin, I don't walk on tip toes. I suspect I did as a kid but it was trained out of me early on.

I don't rock, so much as I sway on my feet while waiting in line etc, they didn't quite train that one out of me.

smiling can be part of "appeasement" behavior and meant to show friendly intent (please don't get mad at me or hurt me) some of us learned appeasement behavior very early in life for our own safety. It is difficult to change, but it can be done with practice, over time.
