I think i'm about ready to throw in the towel and go back to being a lazy atheist. Christianity has been hijacked by Trumpism while neopaganism has been hijacked by the woke movement. What's the point in trying to believe in anything anymore now that it's all just a reflection of the s**tshow known...

I've just found that the culprit plugin was the stradivari violin. The problem was that the ghost string wasn't audible until now within the music project. Even for it to appear I had to listen to it all the way through to hear it in the project. Anyway, even though I now know what was causing it, I...

Thanks for the reply. I did post this on the Logic forums too and, like you, someone did get back to me and ask if I had saved it in real time or offline. I did both and it made no difference. When I save the audio file in real-time I don't hear the offending ghost instrument (tremolo strings). Howe...

Basically, I make music in Logic Pro and have third party plugins from kontakt/native instruments. I have recently finished a project and have saved it as an audio file. Most of it is fine but it is towards at the end of the song that I notice tremolo strings playing when it shouldn't. The puzzling ...

I think that there are tendencies of cognitive rigidity in the autistic population. I would not say that autism people can simply be boiled down to having black and white thinking. Occasionally we have strong principles and might actually see the other side by empathising, yet do not change viewpoin...

I think the problem of narcissism has been a stradily growing problem that really accelerrated when individualism and the concept of greed being a benign and even 'good' factor in public life. I don't think online dating has much to offer as from what I have experienced it seems as though it is a ho...

I can definitely relate to this. It can go from being very lonely and feeling a deep need to socialise, only to be disappointed when it does happen due to it being unfulfilling and disappointing. I think that I could have idealistic expectations in regards to talking to new people and so on. Some mi...

I can't understand why I feel this way even though here I am on a forum for people with autism. I may have mentioned in previous threads, I seem to find myself wanting to be around more people now who are NOT autistic because I can seem to see myself behaving and interacting in someway like a ''nor...

I quite like the idea of being non-binary if it precludes gender roles but also deeply engrained, never truly scientifically proved attitudes towards gender in regards to things sex, work and personality. All such attitudes do is to serve self-inflicted social motives for justifying reactionary thin...

I have always been unemployed. I do not trust this drive to get autistic people into work and portraying it as liberating for the individual when it can be just as distressing, draining and all-round bad for mental health as being unemployed. It would stilll be an isolating experience because it is ...

I dunno. I never really liked to juvenility of previous Saints Row titles. It felt pretty alienating. The reboot was ok but felt rather repetitive after a bit. I don't really buy into these corporate metrics of caricaturing people based on age demographics.

Autism and learning disability are by no means the same. Although autistic people can have a learning disability on top of their autism, which I think is why people confuse the two as being the same. Having a learning difficulty means that an individual has difficulty in a specific area while not ne...

Sociopaths are the opposite of autistics. Lack sympathy, but have empathy. They know how you tick, and use that knowledge to exploit you. Autistics feel sympathy for others by lack the theory of mind to understand others. Then how come lack of empathy is always listed as a symptom of a sociopath? M...

I didn't say "simply acknowledge the positive" and don't be an activist. It's more like I said "Don't stick your head in the sand, and deny the positive." Many movements for change have died because of the pure emphasis on the negative. Obviously, we must stamp out violence caus...
