Well, if you are going and drinking at that pub a lot you should drink even more water. beer is liquid but it does not really hydrate, so I mean you should regularly drink water...but also when you go out to the pub you should have a couple glasses of water between your beers to stay hydrated. If I...

On days I exercise/sweat more I drink 1.5 litres of water. However on the days I don’t I usually only drink 1 litre of water.

Do you think I am having enough water or do I need to increase my water intake?

I am mostly clean shaved and my brother said to me once “Being clean shaved is not a good look”.

Do you think maybe people will think I am gay or effeminate by not having any stubble or a beard? All my male associates have at least a bit of stubble on there faces except for me of course 8)

Yeah true

I think if you reach over a bmi of 25 even if its mostly muscle you are at higher risk of sleep apnea for instance

A lot of women also dislike really skinny/slim guys as well

When I weighed 140-150 pounds at 5ft8 aged 24 lots of women treated me with disrespect.

Having a BMI of at least 30 can't be good for your health though.....

Socializing in pubs/bars-----yes, you need to "cut down."

But you won't take our advice; you will continue to go to this place, anyway.

Giving a weekend a miss might be okay

The middle of the month people don't go out as much I think?

If people continue to look for these studies to arrive at a "truth," that "truth" will be elusive. In other words, when it comes to individuals, these studies are total bunk. You all know how I feel about the studies---they're bullcrap. Maybe having a BMI of 24.5 is to skinny fo...

Is going out once or twice a week to the pub to socalise ok or do you think I need to cut down a little bit? I have started working from home so I don't get much human contact on the weekdays.

I know a lot of you guys don't go to bars/pubs but I would really appreciate some advice.

One study in 2012 said that majority of women at Newcastle university in England prefer men with a lean muscle and a bmi of 24.5. It also said in the article that many men overestimate the amount of muscle required to look attractive. It stated that men with a bmi of 24.5 had the most attractive phy...

When cycling I did used to park my bike next to a mostly empty children’s playground. Even that can look dodgy since there is a lot of paranoia about pedophiles etc…. You said "mostly" empty playground, which means there were at least a few kids. If you're that concerned, don't stop in fr...

It depends a lot on where in the park you hang out alone. Next to a playground where there are children playing? Definitely not! Next to an empty playground? A gray area; you can sit and rest briefly, but sitting all day is a no-no. Next to a hiking/walking trail? Absolutely OK. (Although it looks ...

When I was 24 i did used to loiter around near a childrens park play area on sundays at my local park.

Looking back on it that was an incredibly stupid thing to do even though i was going through depression at the time.
