When I find out the US is going to war with China, I will finally have the courage to kill myself. I have stood all a person can possibly stand in the the past two decades of pure, unfiltered human crap in this world, when the war happens I will officially have no reason to go on living. Who wants t...

I read that a green comet has been seen coming close to the Earth... and was disappointed when they said it would pass without any danger to the world. Every 5 minutes a new global crisis.

I was on a bus that went into a tunnel and suddenly left me in Australia. The weird thing was that I wasn't surrounded by the typical Australian stuff like kangaroos or dingoes. Instead I found myself in what looked like a shopping mall. I realized where I was when I heard people's accents. Then whe...

Funny how some people who are very ableist don't seem to have a problem with people wearing glasses. Even when they're the ones wearing glasses. And sunglasses worn to protect your eyes from UV rays are seen as "cool", even by people living in hopeless denial about climate change or call m...

Marvel Comics has a supervillian called Ultron, a self aware, highly intelligent synthezoid whose goal is to destroy the human race to achieve world peace after learning about human history on the internet. Of all the many comic book villains, I find him to be the most relatable. Except the high int...

Every time I see the word engineer I think of the ones that drive the choo-choo trains. I'm not even sure what the other kind of engineer actually is or does. I guess I'm too old. Of course the stereotypes are always about male aspies and everyone thinks they're supposed to be like Rain Man and can ...

Does Dr. Seuss count as poetry? When we were younger my brother liked to write poems that made zero sense and annoy me to death by reading them and sadistically enjoying my irritation and confusion. He said real poems never rhyme and always have some really deep meaning that you're not suppose...

It's like a "father figure" except the person is usually female, and takes on the role of a mother to someone who doesn't have a biological mother, usually by being protective, nurturing, caring, giving advice, and such. Could be people like a grandmother, an aunt, a teacher, an older sist...
