I don't seem to have any of those levels. Does it mean I don't have autism? |

I know all the warning signs but I'm quite easily manipulated emotionally, even if I don't believe them I still pretend to, to keep the peace and to keep them happy. So basically I'll put their needs before my own and I can be too forgiving. That's probably the reason I'd end up in an abusive relati... |

I feel "less autistic". I don't believe severity levels are true for everyone but they do exist. Some people are "severe", as in being non-verbal and being unable to look after themselves independently, even if they are better than the rest of us at building a puzzle, they're sti... |

I get myself caught in a rut but I'm bad at following routine, if that makes sense. Sometimes I find routines too overwhelming, such as going to work 5 days a week. I have impulsively taken a day sick in the middle of the week before, just to break the weekly monotony. But I'm also in a rut, meaning... |

I’m a 62 year old autistic person who doesn’t have diabetes or heart disease. It’s good to look after your health, and not to panic. Well I don't drink alcohol or smoke, so that's a good start. I do eat a lot but don't most people? The UK has one of the highest rates of obesity in the world. I'm no... |

Autoimmune diseases scare me and knowing I am "at higher risk" of developing it because of my brain being wired a little bit differently just makes me want to put a gun to my head. Did it say why we're "at higher risk" to this (sorry, I can't read articles as they're written in a... |

And people wonder why I call autism a disease and a curse. Cheers, that's me up the doctors again soon, just to check that I haven't got any deadly diseases due to my 'autism'. I've probably got heart disease without even knowing it. ASPartOfMe why do you have to keep posting this s**t? |

I don't like touch from strangers, unless they're socially interacting with me and touch me arm as a kind gesture or something. The only touch I hate it when toddlers touch my legs when standing in a queue in a supermarket or somewhere else public (unless I know the toddler). I know it's cute and in... |

Can I just butt in this ongoing debate, as I've just had another thought. Some religions have very strict gender rules and expectancies. Would Non-Binary people be offended by those religions?
It's just a question. |

As you know, my upstairs neighbours are constantly thumping about day and night. Me and my boyfriend live rather quiet lives and don't often make much noise, and we go out to work. I even remember to close doors quietly. But I like to listen to an audiobook to sleep to (in the early hours of the mor... |
