The sensor for my sensor light had become disconnected. The one next to the front door. I stood on a piano stool so I could reach it, plucked it off it's mount, took it inside and reconnected it to the Zigbee hub. Then I got on the piano stool again and replaced the sensor back on it's mount.

I put all the games in the upstairs living room in alphabetical order. I replaced some old Tråfri lights with some newer Sonoff ones. I walked to the supermarket and bought a bottle of creaming soda. Also today I won an argument. My friend said that the Icon edition of WWE 2K23 would only be availab...

I've noticed that transgenderism has become too much a matter for political debate. It's kind of strange. I mean what is the percentage of people with gender dysphoria? Because conservatives have made it it a huge issue. Right wing politions can't hold power over right wing voters without something...

Sounds good but no democracy in the horizon  Sounds like China. Back in the cold war they thought if they could flood China with western made goods it would show them the superiority of western democracy and make them want to transition. This turned out to be magical thinking. China took the ...

Teenagers which age? Because I've read some clinics sites which they offer changes for ages as young as 9 years old. Is this true? Since they said irreversible I thought that there must be reversible interventions also, like taking hormones maybe, idk. They were probably just lying. The transphobes...

Have any five year olds been allowing to make irreversible changes? No, but the transphobes don’t actually care about children, they just want to control how other people express their gender. I've seen transphobes on Facebook saying "leftists need to stop forcing gender identity on children.&...

In order to consider and answer that question, we would first have to establish that god exists first, beyond reasonable doubt, which has not happened yet.

Why can't we discuss him hypothetically?

No matter how hard we try to come up with a good, secular cosmology, entropy rears its ugly head to remind us that our observable universe cannot possibly be infinite.
Why does it have to be infinite?

Real, actual infinities aren’t possible in material existence.
How do you know?

The ontological argument? Why choose the worst argument to be one of your favourites?

Gathering evidence to support your claims? All a waste of time. It saves so much effort to just say something is a presupposition so you don't have to prove it.

Well...that's faith. Don't bother with counterarguments, I'm just going to ignore them.
Yep. That's pretty much how creationism works.
