A new vegan coffee creamer. The tree outside my window turning vivid colors and brightening up a rainy, gray day. |

There are two "layers" of empathy: 1. cognitive empathy - ability to read cues about another person's feelings 2. emotional empathy - ability to connect to another person's emotions once you know them. https://www.verywellmind.com/cognitive-and-emotional-empathy-4582389 Many autistic peop... |

Has that been helpful for you? I got the same advice and have been consuming a ton of salt, but am still getting hypotension symptoms. Thinking about trying compression stockings, but they seem like more trouble than they'd be worth. |

Not particularly well, I'm afraid. Hormonal shifts are hard on me and in my mid-30's I was diagnosed with PMDD, which is sort of a different beast entirely. The main thing that helps is tracking my cycles to give context to what I'm going through and trying to remember that the bad times are going t... |

I've had a number of the challenges others have posted about in this thread and I think what has helped the most has been working from home. I started working from home in March 2020 due to the pandemic and have been stretching it out as long as I can. Remote work poses its own challenges and has bo... |

We're still living in a pandemic and pretending we're not won't make it so. |

8 or so, I guess. Just very thankful to God for the flashes of gold that show up in the pan here and there in life, against most odds and when I'm least expecting them. |

I recall another user on here who grew up in communist China talking about the government keeping data on people's menstrual cycles and myself and several other people having trouble wrapping our heads around that one. I don't think that's representative. Hope not. If I recall, she is a bit older t... |

Oddly enough, I'm actually trying to figure out how to add more salt to my diet, since my blood pressure has been too low for a while now. But, on your question, I'd suggest adding plenty of herbs and spices when you cook. Also, adding a little acid (lemon, balsamic vinegar, fermented foods, etc.) c... |

Maybe I'm asking a stupid question, but how could this data really be used to prove anything beyond a reasonable doubt? Cycles can be "off" for so many reasons. Stress, hormonal balances, perimenopause, etc. I mean what makes you think logic plays any role in a witch hunt? I hate to say i... |

I don't know about Bania, but I always loved the way the show points out absurdities in society and relationship dynamics. Almost seems like it was written from an ASD vantage point. |
