How ill do you need to be to get help?
How sane do you need to be to seek and get help?

I dislike it, mostly the colors I guess, I also dislike when people color the word spectrum in rainbow colors.
But it's not important to me.

I know.
It's tricky. If you wait too long it becomes weird, and if you interupt it becomes weird.
I have no good answer.

I believe that joke was reused by Herge when someone asked Captain Haddock if he slept with his beard above or below the blanket.

As long as you don't overdo it. It may come off as an excuse for being rude otherwise. That kind of joking may take a bit of fingertop feeling that some of us just don't have, I know I have faulted in this area in the past. If you know them well enough and can read the signals they send out you shou...

What I'd do/have done is sit down with my boss/boss' boss and talk about my issues and discuss what to do in the future to make it easier for me. I notoriously put everything in Outlook which syncs to my phone, notification 15 min ahead that I change to eg 30 min if I need to travel. This of course ...

I don't think I ever minded colors being mixed. However, different foods should not touch. I can eat it anyways now, but I dislike it. Also, it should be proportionate, if there's too much potatoes and too little ham, I struggle to eat that extra bit of potatoes. I usually divide the different foods...

IQ tests shows how good you are at taking IQ tests. Nothing less, nothing more.
It gives a hint about your inteligence, but it does not give the whole story.
Just be aware of that, don't be too fucused on the results from those tests, inteligence is more than just IQ.

Yesterday I went on an AW with a couple of colleagues.
It was the first time anyone asked me out to do anything, nobody has even asked me if I wanted to have lunch with them.
I've been there for 5 years.

I can defenitely relate.
After I moved from Stockholm 10 years ago I have no friends, and I'm a bit sceptical to being able to make autistic friends for axactly the reasons you state.
I tend to not only have "special interests", but also "special uninterests".

I haven't played Chess since I was a child.
I much prefer Go of which I am a relatively decent player, while I don't see me raising to an advaced level due to consentration issues and failure to learn advanced playing techniques.
