| Evidence is: Any material substance or causal event that irrefutably and repeatedly demonstrates the validity of a claim. There is a bit of an issue here, evidence, if used in the legal sense ... In a court of law, the judge determines what may or may not be admissable as "evidence." Outright hears... |
