I feel like crap physically and mentally. Did you get tested for Covid? Hoping you feel better soon. :( I didnt get tested, but that's more due to the fact I'm pretty sure I have COVID now and that I don't want to expose anyone to it. And thank you, I'm sure I will. I'm very glad that I'm vaccinate...

...The only rhetoric we hear sometimes from professionals who don't know us well is "Oh, you must be high-functioning!", which is rather condescending and inappropriate. I've learned to say "Actually, no I'm not. I'm just trying to act normal so you won't feel uncomfortable." I ...

I don't think I gestured a whole bunch as a child, but I eventually learned to and now I do it a lot. It makes people understand me a lot better, though is exhausting to keep track of and execute while socializing.

I sway and rock a lot, and like to chew on things. I also repeat the noises animals make, exactly how they made the noise and right after they did it, which is almost compulsive. lol

I also auditory stim with music and sound effects from video games.

I had a similar experience where I was deemed too friendly to be autistic as a child (and I even had someone on here question if I had a diagnosis because something about my "enthusiasm" for socializing "seemed odd" to them). I've also had male friends that are just as "enth...

My mom has been screaming at me all day and then started yelling at me for crying. I'm so done with just existing and I wish I wasn't even born.

Having to do everything by myself while I'm sick is so exhausting and annoying. My back hurts and I feel like I'm going to puke, and I still have to clean and pack up things.

I have a friend that I've known since middle school and that still lives in the same county as me, but we don't see each other IRL anymore and haven't for a few years. The rest of my friends live in different states or countries and I've never met them IRL.

The thing that I've had for the longest amount of time is the blanket that I've had since I was a newborn.

Same question.

Same question.

Did public health notify you by contact tracing? Will you be getting tested? I'm so sorry this is happening. Please get medical help immediately if your inhaler isn't working! I'm going to try to get tested myself, and I wasn't notified by contact tracing. My dad told my mom himself that he tested ...

How much exposure? When? I hope you have an inhaler to help with your asthma! I saw my dad almost a week ago and hugged him. Afterwards he told my mom on the phone that him and my aunt might have COVID, and told her today that they tested positive. I also do have inhalers, but they haven't been doi...

I might have been exposed to COVID. I hope I don't have it. I hope not, too! I know you're feeling sick so hang in there and feel better soon! I just found out the person I was exposed to tested positive, and now I'm pissed because they didn't even tell me they felt ill until after the exposure. I ...
