ASD level 1 (level being re-evaluated) Generalized anxiety disorder Persistent depressive disorder with major depressive episodes PTSD I'm curious what prompted re-evaluation of the level? From what I gather it is more common for more severe levels to evaluated down, than for level 1 to be evaluate...

Generalized Anxiety Disorder
Panic Disorder

ASD evaluation next week, diagnosis in 3 weeks. I suspect I'll come back as level 1. My therapist thinks it likely, but wants me to be evaluated by a specialist.

Crippling anxiety is my biggest problem. It broke my life for a time. Seeking help for that is how I became aware of high functioning autism/asperger's syndrome and became convinced that described me. I don't know if you consider anxiety part of autism, or a separate issue, but it is worse than all ...

What's Saladgate? But I understand where you're coming from. We need more centrist, pragmatic candidates. Reportedly an aid didn't bring Klobuchar a plastic fork to eat her salad with, so she yelled at him a bit, ate her salad with a hair comb and then ordered him to clean the comb. Honestly doesn'...

It seems to be the easiest way to get traction in US politics these days is to propose big bold ideas that are unrealistic: Examples: Trump: "We're going to build a wall and have Mexico pay for it" AOC: "We're going to be carbon free in 10 years, and grow our economy doing it" Th...

This was inspired by an article I saw online ~7 years ago, where they replaced one letter in movie titles to completely change the meaning.

Examples:
Batman Begins -> Barman Begins
The Italian Job -> The Italian Mob
Sounds of Silence -> Hounds of Silence

I'm a dwarven warlock who made a deal with an archdevil to defeat some demons. After this pact I felt like I needed to seek my fortune, forsook my clan and became a mercenary, but overall am not a bad guy (True Neutral alignment). Mostly just out to make some coin. Combat build is melee based with a...

Interesting topic. I'll list as many as I can remember. Pirates of the Caribbean Dead Man's Chest: Now don't get me wrong every pirates movie after this is a trainwreck, but a lot of people lump this one in with those movies, even though in my opinion it's the best of the series. It's darker with mo...

The brain has no pain neurons so if you are feeling physical pain it is likely due to tension in the muscles of the skull. You are likely unknowingly tensing some muscles in your skull when you're thinking hard. Unless it's a migraine type feeling. Those have a whole different set of causes. Dislaim...

I've suspected for about a month now that I have autism and am undergoing a professional diagnostic process. I am high-functioning and have many of the autistic traits. Scored a 39 on the AQ, and a 128 on the aspie quiz. In my extensive research I came across this forum, and after reading through a ...

As someone who is currently going through the diagnostic process, I find this an interesting question, because in many ways it reflects my thinking on what I want to come out of the diagnostic process. I am the way I am, and I'm currently seeking the appropriate diagnosis (if it's not autism it is c...
