The subject title got my attention as I ordered some vinpocetine
a few days ago. Its a cerebral vasodilator. Which means it can improve blood flow in the brain.

I assume you always (or should ) use the factor label method for
calculating things?

You always write the units to and cancel them out. If all else fail convert to moles.
