These topics always involve young men worrying about false accusations who have never been accused or known anybody who has and women who have the experience of being in abusive situations and know this topic personally. It’s an extremely unproductive and possibly hurtful topic that I couldn’t brin...

Yeah... This thread probably needs to be locked. It’s rare for a woman to falsely accuse a man of that. Reporting a crime like this is a humiliating experience. There are a variety of scenarios where there wouldn’t be a lot of evidence. There is no way you can know its rare though. Most rape accusa...

The media portrays all men as rapists and all women as victims. Is rape and sexually harassment as common as the media claims it is? If so, why can't men control themselves? I'm a male and I would never want to do anything like that to anyone. I do believe it is overhyped and not as common as they ...

My ex hated it if I ever did anything “gross.” He also wanted me to wear lots of make-up, so everyone is different. Maybe some women are afraid to be themselves because they’ve been with someone like that. Yeah, I've been with someone like that too, but fortunately it can take just 1 decent guy to ...

And maybe I'm being literal but the media does not portray all men as rapists and all women as victims. That’s what I was thinking. Sensational stuff on the news or in movies does attract a lot of ratings and attention, so it might seem like it’s more common than it really is. You’re more likely to...

Another one: lots of makeup. I knew some girls in high school who would wake up hours before school to fix hair and put on makeup. A natural look is far more appealing to me. Also, when a woman won't be herself around her partner. Everybody burps, everybody farts sometimes, etc. Wait, isn't that an...

Vanity. If a man spends hours upon hours at the gym, it's very unlikely that I'll find him attractive. Oh and those "meet me at mcdonald" haircuts 8O The vain guys are the worst! Spending all that time at the gym then walking around without a shirt on when it’s cold outside just to show o...

Every relationship I was ever in became sexual pretty much as soon as it became an actual relationship. And anyone (girl or woman) who had any interest in having sex with me didn't seem inclined to wait. There was one time I was dating somebody 6 years younger who seemed to want me to always make t...

It can also be unpleasant when a fellow patient gets out of control. ). I had to disarm a fellow patient who was going to stab a nurse 8O That must’ve been very scary! 8O I’ve seen people completely flip out so nurses had to give them an injection. A woman in a room next to me smashed a chair into ...

Clara, Thanks so much for posting that video. I've never heard of Disturbed but as you know, SG is among my most ardent special interests. Sound of Silence is one of the most profound songs in my life ... so it was interesting to see another adaptation. I don't know music terminology but I like the...
