I find the word "aspie" rather offensive.  It's like calling someone with schizophrenia a "schizo", which fills people's minds with all kinds of ridiculous myths and stereotypes. I know the phrase Asperger's Syndrome is long to type, so I normally just type Asperger's or AS.  |
