Especially Sensory Processing Disorder.



I think that Prosopagnosia, Agnosia, Dysphonia, Aphasia, Alalia, Apraxia, Dysarthria, Chorea, Photophobia, Dyspraxia, Hyperacusis and Misophonia should be part of the Autism Spectrum

I realized that Sensory Processing Disorder is not in DSM-5 yet.



Is Sensory Processing Disorder kind of like Autism?



It's just sensory issues is a lot more common with Autism and related developmental disorders

Can PDD-NOS (a form form of Autism) be diagnosed in DSM-5? I realized that PDD-NOS can be grouped as Unspecified Neurodevelopmental disorder. DSM-5 has category called 'Unspecified Neurodevelopmental disorder' psychiatry.org/File%20Library/Psychiatrists/Practice/DSM/APA_DSM-5-Contents.pdf

Most with ASD or SCD tend to miss emotions, facial cues and body languages.
