It just isn't this black and white. Psychology doesn't work that way. Autism is vague, it's not the result of concrete science. People have their beliefs and biases, but no one is necessarily right or wrong. It comes down to opinion. Someone diagnoses as autistic at one point in time, but not later ...

I remember being mistaken by teachers and peers as lazy when I was younger...because I would indulge in food for comfort and to help with my stress when unhappy...and I was uncomfortable in my environment which sometimes made it hard to act with confidence and success... There are definitely levels ...

This is my wife btw (met her on Zoosk)...we got married in December...baby on the way. Btw I'm not looking for feedback on my wife lol, obviously I love her and she's beautiful to me, and hearing it from others is only telling me what I already know...and hearing any different isn't something I agre...

I think that comment is a little harsh! eyelessshiver, I think the pictures are nice. We don't all have to make fake smiles and pretend to be engaged in some sort of fake hobby. I would not say you look unfriendly or dangerous. Good luck eyelessshiver! Thank you, I appreciate that. However I think ...

I think it's also good if you have other adults in your life who you feel close to...friends etc.

There was a funny episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm (spoiler alert if you haven't seen it) where Larry David is told there will be another "survivor" at a party, which he relays to his aging friend who was a holocaust survivor. Hilariously, the survivor that shows up turns out to be the guy ...

LOL. Well my, aren't you scientific? I'm not even going to bother, you're wasting my time. Of course they aren't. For instance: Eric Kandel et al, "Principles of Neural Science", Fifth Edition Part VIII Development and the Emergence of Behavior 58 Sexual Differentiation of the Nervous Sys...

Congress has to authorize it...they're in control of it, basically.

Now you're revealing your own biases about gender and race...which is kind of ironic (I don't think I even care to know what those are). Well, at least I have someone else here who agrees with me, and is proving to be another voice of reason amidst your distorted and victimized view of reality. My ...

Yeah, how could I forget about Quake? I've had my first encounter with NIN while watching Beavis&Butthead when I was 8 maybe? Loved them ever since  Yep, they're an awesome band...also loved them since I was a kid, probably around that same time. Beavis and Butthead as well, such a classic...

I think the Switch is worth it for Breath if the Wild alone. Mario Odyssey is also a very very good game. Also the Switch itself is much more convenient for me than a console that needs to be plugged in to power and the TV all the time. I own about 30 games for it now, mostly indies or first-party ...

Hmm...yeah, Doom is a classic for sure, very unsettling. Hotline Miami I only looked at briefly but I heard it's a great game. I liked the Gran Turismo soundtracks as well, they had some catchy songs from popular bands. Quake also has a great soundtrack that was done by NIN. Yeah I liked the God of ...

The soundtrack adds so much to the game. The obvious winner for me is Final Fantasy 7 (also probably my favorite game). Also love Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. Lots of other Squaresoft RPGs in general like Xenogears and Parasite Eve.

I always thought I was a bit. It's not severe, though (doesn't get in the way of my functioning). There are some things I don't think I could ever do, like you know those caving tours? I can go into the cave and walk around and enjoy myself just fine, I really like it...but they have the spelunking ...

Lots of great stuff on here. Some more, best of the best imo... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2H76LUCBIUg All of his stuff is amazing...also anything from John Pettrucci (Dream Theater) tends to be incredible... Of course Eruption (Van Halen) will always be a classic. Anything by say Yngwie Malmst...
