I wished my cousin a Merry Christmas and he laughed at me. Most honest thing that will happen today :)

I don't know why, but I assumed you knew each other a long time. Childhood best friends. It made the whole thing difficult to understand. Why would they do that to a long time friend? But it seems your experience was more like mine than I thought. About a year in length, right? You know the people y...

The vent stack here is obstructed, which means water sometimes leaves very slowly. Enough to drain water, eventually, but leave behind turds. I've been tempted to poop in a bucket. :D

I am less certain than ever that you were mistreated the way I was. I wish you could tell me, and maybe I could stop worrying about it. Or did you never figure out that the oddness of it all was intentional? It took me a long time to figure that out.

I was with someone and we needed to get from the front of a row of houses to the back side, and my partner said she had an agreement with this homeowner that she can cut through her house, so she just let herself in. I was really reluctant to follow, and then she started an argument with the homeown...

I ate my protein grain mix with a LOT extra ginger, just to see what would happen. Too little data just yet, but perhaps it is helping my circulation, because I don't feel cold.

I decided on a policy for how to deal with my family on facebook. I put them all in a list, and I exclude that list from my "friends" posts, and on the off chance that they look, they won't see anything posted by me since September, and they won't find any posts I've made about autism or m...

I can, and I've done some fairly complex and successful dishes in the past, but at the moment I don't cook anything that can't be cooked in the microwave. My stove is so infrequently used that is has stuff stored on and in it. Do you eat at a table dedicated to eating, like a dining or kitchen table...

Pre-Musk, twitter earned approx US$5B per year and spent $5.2B. A deficit, but within striking distance. Musk's financing of the twitter deal has saddled them with $13B in debt, with approx $1B in INTEREST per year, which means, best case scenario, he's increased their losses from $0.2B to $1.2B per...

Elon Musk get's a pass from me because he's doing incredibly innovative work. No, he's not. He's saddling companies who have actual engineers with childish fantasy projects. Everything currently in his plans is going to fail. Everything. When the ISS is finally retired and NASA selects a backup con...

TL;DW Musk makes Twitter safe for fascists and hostile to free speech, berates CEOs of advertisers who flee. Tech genius at work.

The toilets in my building are slow because the vent stack is plugged with pine needles and the landlord is clueless, but yesterday I got the first resolute flush in about a month. It only took about 15 gallons of hot water. Today it's running so-so, but for the time being I'm at least not tempted t...
