I'm sorry you're going through this stress. Are you in danger of being fired because you have to spend time with your son? What do you do for employment, if you don't mind me asking.

Hi. Sorry I only answered one of the questions. 1. Yes, I would still invite him. Would I would advise him depends on the extent of his social difficulties. If he has relatively minor difficulties. I would give him the space and allow him to navigate the situation on his own. If he has more major di...

From personal experience, many, if not most, of people with Asperger's have an acute awareness of their neurological differences. Some people with Asperger's could relate well to people who are seen as being "neurotypical" (NT); others, not so much. I'm an undiagnosed person with an autistic history...

I don't believe in a "cure." I believe in an alleviation of plainly negative symptoms, especially those which hurt selves and others.

That sounds nice. I believe you're colder in the winter than Athens.

I used to run marathons in the 1990s.

You're poetic because you use metaphors, and understand metaphors. Not all poems have to be rhymed. Walt Whitman was a great poet, and hardly ever rhymed. It's true, I can't really tell how "bright" you are. My impression is borne out of what you wrote. People form impressions all the time; it's the...

It's normal to "code-switch." I don't use poetic language to one who is, at present, attempting to fix my sink--unless he is wearing a Grecian Urn on his tee-shirt. It's a matter of adapting to one's environment. There are times when I'm not perfect at it, and it might turn people off to me. For exa...

I don't like hot, humid days. I wish I lived in Eureka, California, the Land of Eternal Spring--or Bogota, Colombia or Quito, Ecuador.

There are times when I feel the most comfortable sitting like a "proper lady," with one leg crossed over another. I have to watch that whenever I'm around guys. Really, I don't think it matters how one sits--as long as one is comfortable and doesn't "show too much." By the way, I'm a masculine, stra...

I understand your viewpoint, and respect it mightily. You have obviously thought a lot of things through, and are quite an intelligent, even a poetic person. The "inability to hold a mature conversation" does not apply, in your case, to WRITTEN conversations. There's lots which you could potentially...

I say "I am the Wolfman!" This precludes the need for scripts. It makes people curious. You could then come up with your own script.
