everybody that is rich should be given the option to be dirt-poor [no access to any of their usual resources] for a year. if they passed the test [none would] they could be exempt from taxation forever.

my sinus problems didn't abate until i gave up gluten and gliadin and the lions' share of refined carbs/sugar in my diet. also, sleep with the furnace off, the cold air is much better for the sinuses.

i don't know which is more appropriate for our times - the democratic party drifting as far to the left as the GOP has drifted towards fascism, or if the centrist dems and liberal GOPers [whatever remains] join forces.
