What I do in January and February is go to those online Health and Wellness Summits and I literally just listened to one of their interviews about Friendship. The best advice I picked up was: 1. Always make the other person feel better after they left you than they did before. 2. It's important to c...

I found it's easier to maintain friendships with people who aren't exactly normal. Not sure why. Most of the close offline friends I had weren't "normal". And basically all online friends I had were not normal.

Can you define what you mean by 'normal'? Just interested.

However I poured a jug of water onto his car roof one morning and he apologised for being loud and didn't do it again. Is the water to get rid of frost? Did you mention the podcast noise? How did he know to stop? Just curious. The water was to make a noise on his car roof to get him to realise he w...

I think people are less tolerant than they used to be. I had lots of friends in my teens and twenties, I was just seen as 'that funny, quirky girl.' Now in my fifties I'm seen as 'that weird old woman.' I also think over the decades, people have become less and less tolerant, and so has the world IM...

Unfortunately it's pot luck isn't it. We've lived in our house for a long time. Most of the houses near us are rented. We've so far had: A possible prostitute, because very dodgy looking men kept going in and out of her house 24/7. A family who kept 5 cars in their garden which were rusting and rott...

If I was him I'd just say 'bye!' and go and live in America with my wife and kids, like they said they were going to. But I bet American media said 'gee, tell us all the dirt on those Royals' and it was too tempting. Most ppl who want privacy don't make continuous "Oprah-type" interviews,...

This. Mittens just have a thumb, and one big sack for the other four fingers. Kitchen 'mitts' are mittens. Lower Michigan looks like a mitten, or a kitchen mitt. Upper Michigan looks like a tree limb.

Ah yes, a sack. I was trying to think of a word for the finger part of mittens!

I actually used to think that Mittens was the European term for Gloves like how Telly & TV mean the same thing  In my defense I come from an area that tended to be hot & humid most of the year. It almost never got cold enough for people to need gloves or mittens. Gloves were worn for ...

2. I've done a lot of my work, more than I thought, and it was more interesting than I thought.
3. I slept in til 10am this morning, my daughter had to wake me up!

I am not sure if you think William went through similar mental anguish after his mother died? For William he was granted purpose as being next in line to the throne. WIlliam's personality is also perhaps more prone to a sense of duty. Harry never really towed the line with his being caught in compr...

The saddest part of this is that he's "not allowed" to be upset at what he sees as the same unhealthy interest in his mother meted out on Meghan. And you can hardly blame him. Much of the unresolved baggage inherited from that and her death, and the continual references to her in "ne...

If you can find a photo of a young Prince Philip, Harry's granddad, they look very similar. I think Prince Harry is having/has had a nervous breakdown. The extreme things he's been saying recently are pretty worrying. e.g. how many soldiers he killed in Afghanistan, how his penis had frostbite at Wi...

Yeah I am hoping I am correct and didn't just misread the thing, but yeah if that is true it means its not illegal to get abortion pills federallly so may help people in red states. I mean for sure if I hear of any charity or anything you can donate abortion pills to to get them to people in red st...

In the U.S the feds approved abortion pills to be sent all over the country. LIke for sure now people in legal states could buy abortion pills and send them to people in red states to help them get pill abortions at least. It is stupid in 2023 I have to be saying federally approved abortion pill is...

We get sent out to do all the hard and dangerous work, and are far less likely to be noted if we die trying to support and protect our families. A chance at glory is our compensation, while the women get security as a birthright. There's nothing more dangerous to a human body than pregnancy and giv...
