I usually just don't look at them in the face at all. If I need to, I look at their mouth or nose.
Sometimes my stare will start drifting, and the next thing I know, I'll be staring at their shirt or their pants. |

When I was younger, I asked him if he's had any autistic students, and he said yes. So he must have some idea of what autism is. That was before I was diagnosed, and I was having an obsession with the topic of autism. Another thing is that he used to have a dyslexic student that he always called &qu... |

I read an article from a long time ago that theoretically speaking, 45% with DSM IV autism would not meet the DSM 5 criteria, 75% with DSM IV Asperger's would not meet it, and 80% with DSM IV PDD-NOS would not meet it. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/allen-frances/dsm-5-will-lower-autism-r_b_1240016.h... |

When I was little, I saw a cartoon where someone's face got sucked into a vacuum cleaner. Now I try to avoid those things.
Also, my parents constantly yelling at me to fix things that are beyond my control. |

Every week, I go to this person to take piano lessons. Every week, he asks me why I always look around the room when he's talking, why I take so long to answer his questions, why I can't stop moving in my seat, why I must always take his jokes so seriously, etc. He's known me since I was little. He ... |

There was a girl in my class that might've been on the border of Asperger and Kanner types, but I don't take that class anymore. Her voice sounded a bit different than the others in our class, and one day I realised it was because her intonation was the exact same as mine. She copes better than me w... |

Once one of my classmates dressed up as Sarcasm for Halloween. She just wore a shirt that said "scary". To this day, my best guess is that since she was a little kid, nobody would think she's scary. Or maybe it's because Halloween doesn't scare her. But it took me a year of thinking about ... |

My dreams are so weird that I don't think my autism would make a difference in what happens. It's hard to tell if I'm autistic in my dreams because they are just so weird. |
