The more obsess about it---the more likely you will "mess up." That's been my experience. I agree, I've been a tad obsessed about my future for a while, I guess when I left uni, I saw myself as a failure and even today I still haven't fully recovered. Too much time has went "thinking...

You could pray about it? Cos this is one of those problems which the doctors get confounded over Not to hurt anybody but pray is not an option for me. I'll reserve my religious opinion to myself, but I'll tell you that no god will do the work for you. Some are more lucky than others, but if you wan...

that is quite excessive, however people spend inordinate amounts of time watching TV or doing random stuff on the web. As long as you are able to pursue that career it hopefully won't destroy your life. Well so far I've survived but my life could, or more appropiately, should be better wasn't becau...

Hi everyone, it's me again. I'm posting here because I really don't know if there is a more appropiate place to put it, so here it is. I'm sure some of you have already know a bit about me reading what I've posted but here's something I've never ever mentioned to anyone (and I totally should have, o...

I get why you may be a bit bitter here but from my own perspective, I think the one with the superpower is you. I'll admit, I haven't had the best of luck making friends at school, high school and uni, that may explain why I feel this way. Whenever someone rejects me or left me out, I just think is ...

You are probably right but at the same time that's not a safe path. I've been to college and I failed miserably. To be fair I had no chances from the beginning, I had detailed that on a topic I made some time ago (https://wrongplanet.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=403177). Anyway, ever since I have a s...

Pet peeves: - Car radio automatically turn on - People who won't turn off the goddamm car radio - News... All of them. - TV running on the background - Clickbaits - Weddings, christmas dinners and all the other useless social gatherings - Tuxedos, dresses, heels, ties and all kinds of "formal&q...

Recieved a customer's call. I hate dealing with people so so much, it makes me ultra-anxious about everything I do.

None. A cell phone is meant to be portable, not having a battery makes no sense at all. Plus modern SOCs runs at very low voltage, in fact most phones (not saying all but... All) use 3.7V volt batteries. Powering them at 12V wouldn't be very practical. With some fast charging technology they do use ...

About the other 2 topics... Surprise! Hollywood movies tell a lot of lies! Who would have thought... Sharks do not go out of their way to eat humans, they just... don't. We are not in their menu, while it is true they have attacked humans in the past, they mostly just turn around and go away. Intere...

Oh god, this thread is a bit... Here goes an actual answer to the question. If we talk about airliners / cargo, they all are equipped with a GPS transponder as well as an INS navigation system. In the event of a crash, in theory, the transponder must have been sending signals about where the plane w...

Can relate. As already mentioned many ASD (myself included) have troubles remembering some or most of the stuff we have to do. Add that to deal with customers... that's next level. I gave up (well actually sort of delegated) attending customers as it completely drained me up. Back to your situation,...
