Your mother sounded a lot like the husband at that synagogue. He did a good job of playing the “Good rabbi and father figure” at synagogue. However, I he would mistreat his wife and step daughter during the car rides. He was also unpredictable like that too. As for the phony friend who I wrote about... |

It sounds like you have run into a bunch of phony people who seem "Nice," at the time and they latch onto you for whatever reason. Trust me, I have had my share of phony people too. When I was 23, I met another woman my age at an event that was put on by a wonderful organization that conne... |

About 10 years ago, I met someone through an anime meet-up group who seemed really nice and wanted to connect. So we started connecting on FB and things were fine in the beginning. Then one day, he and I appeared to have a nice conversation via FB messenger until he asked me if I was going to their... |

I am glad people are starting to wake up and realize that this woke nonsense is just plain evil. I also found out that libraries are pulling Agatha Christie's classics. |

Ok, this is the last topic regarding Sunday, since no one replied to my last posts. I had been upset because I don’t get as many opportunities to attend girls nights out. It would be nice if that would be more frequent in my life. I would also love to do a girl’s get away. For example, I would love ... |

I was just thinking today that we live vicariously now via social media and TV- we relate to those characters more than our actual real life friends and family members. The reason I deleted my facebook page was because I realised I was watching the lives of people I went to school with and haven't ... |

First, this is an updated post to an original one that I just wrote about in "Social Skills and Making Friends," on Sunday night. So if you would like to read about what happened as a reference, it's titled, "After two weeks of planning, she let us down." Long story short, a clos... |

Yes, my other friend and I discussed this last night when she called me to let me know what was going on. Believe me, both of us were very upset this friend. We have had other issues with her before. A. She only texts us when she wants to dump on us about how autism affects her life and how no one u... |

A couple weeks ago, while at a birthday celebration, I and friend talked about taking another friend out for her birthday. This friend had also set up a group text with three other friends. Finally, we had even set a date, which was set for tonight. Well, I had left the group text because it was get... |

For, I have learned how to have conversations with them but I often don't connect with them to the point that we become close besties. A lot of them don't know how to communicate and nor do they know how to accept me. However, it depends because some people are more understanding and accepting than ... |

If they have made it clear that they are otherwise not interested in you and tell you that you bug them, while they see you at events and ignore you but stare at you the whole time. |

A lot of it has to do with your body language next to reading others body language. For example, I have read that people socialize by having open body language. They also copy each other’s body language as well. You can learn about body language and socialization by doing a search on the internet. |

Ok, I would need to hear this straight from the horse's mouth by watching a video proving that they said this. Also, Tucker doesn't have the training or a DSM-V manual in front of him. |

Other red flags 1. If someone asks you out the first time they meet you 2. If someone doesn't take no for an answer 3. If someone starts hanging out in areas where they know you are going to be 4. If someone starts making something sound "Too good to be true," promises at the beginning of ... |

Red flags that I have noticed regarding people who I have dated or had crushes on 1. When I was 18, a friend tried to set me up with a guy who told me that he was 17 when he was younger 2. I went on a double date with a guy who I just met at a train station, by meeting a friend and her then-fiancee.... |

Yes, I have on a few occasions, and mainly because we drifted apart on various occasions. - I was very close with a friend who I met at a sheltered workshop when I doing a 30-day work evaluation. Though things were great from the start, we began drifting apart when it was clear that she and I both l... |
