A McJob is better than no job at all. Why don't you got to the JobCentre? See what they say. Ya at least a McJob could help him have a better shot at getting a job if he worked there for a year.I think maybe the OP should consider working for the government. Are you able to maintain a comfortable st...

Something to think about: every time you go to a store and use the self checkout you are contributing to a person losing their job to automation. Same thing for self-driving taxis.  Every time you use one, you help put another taxi driver out of work. wait there's already self-driving taxis?Where a...

if you don't help people afford an education, they simply won't. life gets in the way when there just isn't enough fundage. if one is willing to just write off these people as "riffraff" then where will be be as a society? as it is, we're basically a third world nation with smartphones. i...

I used to buy feeder bugs to feed my pets so I think your idea has potential but I bought them from the big box store.Like how would you compete with big box stores and online retailers for selling feeder bugs for pets and worms for fishing? And worms are just one small piece of the fishing pie so I ...

We do not need more legislation; we do not need more laws, more regulations, and more guidelines. We need more educated people to fill the jobs for which only educated people can qualify. What would be the problem with, say, a little more government funding for trade schools, as well as for higher ...

I am 32 and Still living with my parents. Although I went to a mainstream college and did well in my teenage years I have not worked much at all from 2010 onwards partly because of my mental health problems/being autistic (I am on medication to treat it) and also because I don’t really want to work...

There is much more to success than waiting for it to happen; there is such a thing as working for that success. But ... Dude, how many oil wells have you drilled? None? I worked as a 'roughneck' in central Michigan (yes, there are oil fields there) for a couple of summers in college.  I know first-...

I think NFTs are here to stay. There is certainly a bubble situation happening right now in financial sector around it, pretty much the same as dotcom bubble, but technology has nothing to do with that. There is nothing fundamentally new about NFTs, we already have thousands of tokens used as proof...
