Obviously the queen wouldnt call it "the firm" in public, but use some grander term. But behind the scenes they all might call it the more mundane "firm" in jest (but many a truth is spoken in jest- it IS a family run business much like a Paki owned laundromat)] Phillip will be ...

but leaving your husband in the wind like that!?! I’m sure OP would have much more room for sympathy if he wasn’t forced into loneliness. You except him to just hide his feelings? I know this sounds heartless (and this is the haven) but he needs to "man-up", When the priest says "do ...

So naturally the Queen is going to refer to the family business that she heads as "the Firm". Its weird but I really doubt the queen would use an American term to describe the royal household. I would of thought something like the "House of Windsor" would be how they see themsel...

I mean my wife picked her MOM over her HUSBAND. And its really pissing me off that nobody cares how I feel. Nobody cares that I'm lonely. And all anybody ever says is stuff like "Poor dog. she must miss being able to lay next to mom". Like who gives a rat's ass what the DOG wants? How abo...

Well one thing I have noticed about incel men is that if you watch some of these videos and screenshots of them, they do not look like the best groomed or dressed. Their hair is out of order, and they do not groom their facial hair as well either. They also do not wear the best clothes. Let's put i...

This isn't going to be helpful, but I think there's something else going on when we talk about making friends and socialising as ASD people. We can learn all the right things to say but so much of communication is non-verbal and intuitive and that's where we tend to struggle. It's like, you know ho...

The employment sector is like any other part of the economy subject to market forces. A lot of restaurants and family owned businesses claim they can't run if they are forced to pay their staff > minimum wages. Prior to COVID it was a big issue that Asian owned family businesses were employing overs...

Businesses have record profits. Their CEO’s have extremely high pay - higher than ever. They can afford to spread the wealth around a little bit and pay people better. The standard retort to this is that private (and even government owned) companies want to attract the best senior managers/execs/CE...

There is some truth to this but I'm just saying it takes a lot more effort to wriggle out of an established de-facto relationship than a couple of dates or a hookup. Not really. All a woman needs to do is call the whaaaambulance, say "I'm not happy!", and just leave. And if she's married,...

Most women are looking for a longterm relationship. And there are plenty of heterosexual women, even relatively attractive ones, who are not able to find a compatible man who wants a longterm relationship with them. The lines here are quite fuzzy before the age of 30 for most young women. My unders...
