He said he's tired of being battered, feels awful and it sounds like he's getting bullied on Facebook.

Thanks for the recap.

In order for him to avoid more of this treatment he needs to not post opinions that the majority of people find to be atrocious.

If he has highly controversial opinions that most people think are awful, it’s best to keep them to yourself if you’re not prepared to get internet backlash for expressing them.

I don’t think the BullsBear guy is a bad guy.

But I do believe he must acquire a thicker skin.

People sometimes “batter” others just for the hell of it. Nothing personal. They’re sometimes “internet warriors” who can’t look actual people in the eye.

True, he could seek a different social media platform if he'd prefer confirmation bias validation of his opinions vs. opposition from the masses. I hear parler and truth social are fantastic for this.

No I meant places like Mastodon where people are polite and friendly and post nice photos of pets, landscapes, crafts. So much better than Twitter, Facebook etc. which are just full of stupid arguments.

Apparently it's named after the favourite band of the guy who created the Mastodon site :lol: I never knew there was a band called Mastodon!
