You ruin it by making it too hot!
Yeah, add grated cheese on top before you wrap it up.

I buy the wraps. Cooking them from scratch is way better than shop bought....some of the shop bought one's are like cardboard.

I ate my protein grain mix with a LOT extra ginger, just to see what would happen. Too little data just yet, but perhaps it is helping my circulation, because I don't feel cold.

^My experience is that ginger is exceptionally effective for keeping my body warm. I use it in winter.
