Like many of you I am also interested in languages and their origin.

I am very interested in Russian (in fact, I attend a Russian Orthodox Church).

I can read write and speak some Russian. I have a decent collection of Russian books, newspapers, audio recordings (music, etc). I am also interested in the culture, foods, etc. of Russia. Some of this could perhaps be based on the fact I have Slavic background.

I can also speak (read, write) some Latin, Hebrew, Serbian, German, French, and some Koine Greek. Mainly however, my interest is on Russian. One caveat, my interest in Orthodox Christianity had aboslutely nothing to do with my interest Russia, it was purely theological. The Russian aspect was coincidental (a rather nice suprise).

Желаю всего наилучшего!
