Overstimulation or Panic Attack?
Hi everyone,
First time posting on this site. I’m 32f, wondering if anyone else has a hard time interpreting physical sensations/uncomfortable perceived physical internal workings, and the anxiety experienced as a result? Im not sure if this is a ‘just me’ thing or if anyone else in this community experiences something similar. Any input at all would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
No, I'm quite aware whether it's a panic attack, sensory overstimulation or meltdown, along with the symptoms that go along with each. For example, sensory overstimulation produces far less anxiety and fight or flight than a panic attack for me (panic attacks come with impending doom which is unique to them for me), and the different triggers are quite apparent between the two.
I can just look at symptom checklists and determine what's what it's that mundane with me.

I've definitely found it hard at times. I thought I was just physically ill, for example, or unusually stressed, but didn't relate it to a panic attack.
