Nope. I got it. Even former crack-houses are priced beyond affordability for most people.
About 20 years ago, I looked at a house in which a murder had taken place (4br, 2.5 bth, 2 cg, et cetera); it was listed for about $200k in an area where similar houses were going for about $180k to $250k. It sold to a "flipper" within a week of listing.
I recently saw it listed again, and for almost $900k.
