it hurt so bad that I couldn't stand up in the shower. I ahd to get out before I was clean. i can't get up now because it'll hurt too bad. i'm tingling. are perod craamps supposed to hurt this bad? it's my furst day of school and idk if i can even go ebcause i can't stand up or even type properly. i feel like im going to throw up

Have you seen a Dr about your painful periods? There are certain medical conditions that can cause really painful cramps like you describe. They need to firstly do an ultrasound to see what's going on.

Write a dairy of all your symptoms around your cycle and show it to your Dr.

Could be endometriosis. Even if not, there are probably options that would be considered extreme for a girl without your symptoms, but worth considering in your case. You need to seek medical help.
