Even if it only requires a simple majority, we need to remember that, as with the failed Roe codification attempt, everything hinges on Joe Manchin.

The issue is that the Second Amendment is the real religion of the US, so nothing will be done as far as going along with the phrase "well regulated" in the actual text of the amendment.
