I'm a runner (when my body allows it). I walk when I can't run and get annoyed when I can't walk. :lol: Beyond that, core days are my favorite workout days. Nothing in particular I like more than the rest, but I just like core days more than say, leg or arm days. But yeah, running is my thing. I love it. It chills me out.

You need to get on some of the ab workouts from madfit on YouTube!! They are SO much fun and effective. If you like the dancer shape, that's what you get with them.

Glad you tried it out! She's very professional and good at explaining correct form - it's like working out with a personal trainer. My faves are all the 30mins one's that include a warm-up and cool down.

Weightlifting! I've been leaning into the fact that I'm built like a powerlifter and now I'm so comfortable at the weights section at the gym.

Just did 3 five minute ones back to back. Calves, arms and abs. I'm impressed. My calves feel like tennis balls.

I'll check out the dance ones when I've got a minute too.

Have you tried any of the 30mins ones yet? The 10-20min workouts are pretty effective too. I'm happy to recommend some, if you want.

Standing abs might be better for your back.
