I just look at the clock often enough and track when I sleep and get up.
A habit I attained even before I was a teenager by having a really messed up sleep schedule.
So messed up back then, that I sleep in class all day sometimes instead of home at night.
Even more messed up at teenage years when I brag the fact that I've been up for days as if it's an achievement.
I associate sleep with something painful than something pleasurable for most of my life.
To a point that I hate sleep.
Because I got zero medical interventions with any of my sleep related issues I have the whole time until like few years ago.
