White Ribbon Day - 6 December 2022
Today is White Ribbon Day.
There will be a moment of silence observed at 11:00 a.m EST and candlelight vigils around the world.
WRD is held in memoriam of the 14 women murdered in acts of femicide in Montréal on 6 December 1989.
It is also a day of remembrance for all victims of DV, gender-based violence, and intimate partner violence.
